AUT International Scholarship Business School 2026:
The AUT International Scholarship Business School supports and recognises high-achieving international students commencing eligible postgraduate programmes at the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) School of Business. The scholarship aims to support students as they begin their journey towards becoming successful graduates of AUT.
Eligibility Criteria for the AUT International Scholarship Business School 2026:
- Applicant must be a new full-fee-paying international student.
- Applicant must hold a current and valid unconditional offer to study an eligible AUT School of Business programme commencing in Intake V3, October 2026.
- Applicant must be enrolling in one of the following programmes:
- Master of Applied Finance
- Master of Business Management
- Master of Global Business
- Master of Marketing
- Master of Professional Accounting
- Master of Supply Chain Management
Application Process for the AUT International Scholarship Business School 2026:
- Applicant must complete the AUT International Scholarship application online through the AUT Scholarships Database.
- Applicant must upload:
- A current and valid unconditional offer for an eligible AUT School of Business programme commencing in V3, October 2026.
- A detailed academic transcript for the most recent qualification, including the grading scale.
- A completion certificate, such as a bachelor's degree certificate.
- Their AUT student ID in the designated section of the application form.
- Applicant must ensure that all required documentation is uploaded by the application closing date. Applications with incomplete documentation may be considered ineligible.
- Applicant must declare whether they have applied for other scholarships, both internally through AUT and externally, such as government scholarships.
Value of the Scholarship:
- The scholarship provides a NZD 7,000 contribution towards tuition fees, including GST where applicable.
- The scholarship payment is made in the third week after the programme commencement date, which is 9 November 2026.
Selection Process:
- Applicants must have an equivalent of a B grade average in their entrance qualification to be eligible for consideration.
- Applicant's academic achievement will be taken into consideration.
- The applicant's country of origin may be considered to align with AUT's strategic aims.
- The applicant's gender may be considered to align with the Faculty's strategic aims.
- A selection committee comprising representatives from AUT International and/or the relevant Faculty will assess applications.
- Applications will be shortlisted and awards will be made by AUT based on the recommendation of the selection committee.
- Selection will take place monthly until all available places are filled.
Notes:
- Students who have already commenced studies at AUT are not eligible.
- Applicants who have previously completed an AUT programme and are applying for a higher-level programme, such as an AUT postgraduate diploma graduate applying for a master's programme, are not eligible.
- The scholarship is awarded for one year only, commencing from the start of the programme.
- The scholarship is intended for new international students entering the specified School of Business programmes in October 2026.
