ATV Media Scholarship - Enrolled at Holland College 2026

Introduction: 

A dedicated and creative student with a strong interest in communication, storytelling, and visual media. Academic achievement, community involvement, and extracurricular participation have contributed to the development of leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth supports the goal of making a meaningful contribution to the fields of journalism, communications, or graphic design.

Eligibility requirement for ATV Media Scholarship - Enrolled at Holland College:

• Must be enrolled in the Journalism and Communications or Graphic Design program and to demonstrate academic success
• Must have a history of community involvement and demonstrate financial need
• Must be a member of a designated group as defined in the Canada Employment Equity Act
• Preference is given to applicants with an interest in television journalism and/or visual communications
• Must submit an autobiographical essay and most recent transcript

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 500 is awarded is available to support a full-time student

Application Process:

• Complete the scholarship application form and submit an autobiography
• Upload the most recent academic transcript
• Provide details of extracurricular activities, including leadership roles and responsibilities
• Demonstrate academic success, community involvement, and financial need
• Submit all required materials by the deadline (January 11, 2026)
