Asper Media Studies Award at Red River College Polytech 2026

Introduction: 

Asper Media Studies Award at Red River College Polytechnic assists students by administering scholarships, bursaries and awards that have been donated by concerned corporations, community organizations and individuals.

Eligibility requirement:

• Must be a full-time first-year student in either Creative Communications or Digital Media Design at RRC Polytech. 
• Must have completed the first term and achieved a minimum 3.00 GPA.
• Selection is based on financial need and requires a one-page statement explaining how the award will support educational goals.

Application Process:

• Eligible students at RRC Polytech must submit a completed application form for the Asper Media Studies Award.
• Applicants must include a one-page statement explaining how the award will support their education and goals.
• Selection is based on application review and financial need.

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 2,000 award is available for a student.

NOTE:

• Two awards valued at CAD 2000 are awarded anually, one to a Creative Communications student and the other to a Digital Media Design student
• Subjects included: Creative Communications Digital Media Design Media Studies Graphic / Multimedia Design
