This F E R Noble Memorial Prize 2024 at the University of  Auckland was established in 1982 in recognition of the services of the late F E R Noble to the profession of valuation.

Eligibility for F E R Noble Memorial Prize 2024:

Applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in the Bachelor of Property degree at the University of Auckland.
  • Complete the PROPERTY 311 and PROPERTY 351 courses in the award year.
  • Achieve the best academic record in these two courses compared to peers.
  • In case of a tie, the Head of Department decides if the prize can be shared.

Application Process:

  • Nomination made to the Scholarships Office (no direct student application).
  • Recommendation by the Head of Department of Property.
  • Approval by the University of Auckland Council.

Value of F E R Noble Memorial Prize 2024:

The value of the Prize will be $500.
