Junior faculty members who are currently employed as assistant professors at a US university are eligible for this fellowship. All eligible candidates in the disciplines of medieval studies are welcome to apply. During the academic year, the fellowship holder will do research while living in residence at Notre Dame's renowned Medieval Institute (this is a nine-month job that begins mid-August).
