Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Clinical Fellowship Awards 2026

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is offering Clinical Fellowship Awards to train at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-accredited care center and must include diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, comprehensive care, and cystic fibrosis-related research.

Eligibility Criteria for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Clinical Fellowship Awards 2026:

• Be a physician in clinical fellowship training in a subspecialty relevant to cystic fibrosis care.
• For Education and Training Awards, applicants may be early in training.
• For Research Awards, applicants must be prepared to propose a well‑defined, CF‑relevant research project during fellowship training.
• Be eligible to train in the United States; international applicants may apply but must be able to obtain appropriate visas.

Value of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Clinical Fellowship Awards 2026:

• Education and Training Award:
  • Up to $75,000 per year.
  • Includes $73,000 for salary and benefits and $2,000 for travel/registration to attend the Cystic Fibrosis Conference.
  • Funding is available for 1–2 years.
• Research Award:
  • Up to $105,000 per year in direct costs.
  • Available for 1–2 years of research‑driven fellowship support.
  • Indirect costs are not allowed for either award.
