Croucher Scholarships for Doctoral Study 2027

The Croucher Scholarships for Doctoral Study provide funding for promising young people in Hong Kong to pursue full-time doctoral research in Natural Sciences, Medicine or Technology at approved universities outside Hong Kong.

Eligibility Criteria for Croucher Scholarships for Doctoral Study 2027

  • Applicants must intend to undertake full-time doctoral study or research outside Hong Kong.
  • Applicants must pursue research in Natural Sciences, Medicine, or Technology.
  • Applicants must demonstrate strong academic and research potential.

Application Process for Croucher Scholarships for Doctoral Study 2027:

  • Candidates must submit either a 1,000-word proposal or a 5-10-minute video recording addressing specific questions related to inspiring leadership and the significance of their achievements.
  • Two signed letters of reference from referees should be sent directly to references@croucher.org.hk.
  • Required documents, including the proposal, academic transcripts, certificates, and proof of residency, should be uploaded to the online application system.
  • Short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview in February/March 2026.
