Mrs. Yvonne Sogno founded the Yvonne Sogno Prizes in Finance in 1986 to promote finance education.
Eligibility for Yvonne Sogno Prizes in Finance:
- One Yvonne Sogno Prize in Finance will be awarded to the student achieving the highest mark in course FINANCE 361, and one to the student achieving the highest mark in course FINANCE 251.
- Yvonne Sogno's Prizes in Finance applies to students from all countries.
- Every year, two prizes will be given out based on the head of the accounting and finance department's proposal.
- If there is a tie, the head of the accounting and finance department will decide whether or not the prizes can be split.
- The University of Auckland Council may change these rules as long as the primary goal of the Prizes is not compromised.
Application Process:
Applicants don't need to submit an online application or apply for this scholarship, award, or prize. It is given out based on the advice of the appropriate University of Auckland committee or faculty.
