    New undergraduate students with exceptional talent in drama, music, or sports are supported by this grant. There are certain minimal requirements, and awards are given out competitively. They don't follow a means test.

    Eligibility for Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship at the University of Bristol:

    • The candidates must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate study at the university to be eligible for a Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship.
    • Candidates must be able to exhibit exceptional talent in the arts, sciences, or sports. 
    • International, UK, and EU students are eligible for the program.
    • Eligibility for Music Scholarships:
      • A minimum of Grade 8 in tests administered by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (or an equivalent grade); candidates who make the shortlist typically can showcase their exceptional musical ability, which has been acknowledged on a local, state, or federal level, for instance by participating in the county or national youth ensembles.
    • Eligibility for Drama Scholarships:
      • Proof of consistent involvement in theater or filmmaking outside of the classroom; notable performance in pertinent academic courses (such as cinema studies, theater studies, or other arts/humanities disciplines).
    • Eligibility for Sports Scholarship:
      • Significant achievement at the representative level; it is uncommon to present an award, at least at the junior level, to a student who has not won international honors.
