Eligibility for UQ Future Scientist Scholarship 2021:
An applicant is eligible for the scholarship if the applicant:
- Submits a completed application to the Executive Dean, by the closing date for applications and
- Is a domestic student
- Is enrolled full-time in an approved program
- Demonstrated financial need and gross household income reported to the Australian Tax Office (ATO) for the previous financial year
- Not in current receipt of another scholarship that the Executive Dean considers similar
Value of UQ Future Scientist Scholarship 2021:
- The number and amount of each scholarship will be determined by the Executive Dean depending on the amount in the fund.
Thee Faculty of Science Executive Dean provides greater access to the Faculty of Science students interested in studying Science at UQ. Funded by donations that are matched by the Faculty of Science. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide assistance to students who have experienced financial hardship to study science at The University of Queensland.
