The international master's excellence scholarships offered by the University of Leeds School of Sociology and Social Policy help foreign students reach their full academic potential and add to the social and cultural variety of our student body.

Eligibility for School of Sociology and Social Policy International Excellence Scholarships: 

  • Applicants must be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes. 
  • Applicants must have applied for 2025/26 entry for an eligible taught master's course.
  • Applicants must be self-funding or partially funded.
  • Applicants must demonstrate an excellent academic track record.
  • Applicants are required to show excellent professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
