Overview

UICC offers Technical Fellowships to promote the international exchange of knowledge and to enhance skills in cancer control, prevention, and treatment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree.
  • Medical doctors without a higher degree might still be considered if they have or are close to having board certification in cancer-related specialties.
  • Registered nurses who have an RN qualification are also eligible.
  • A one-year specialized cancer training after a university degree is considered equivalent to a Master's degree.
  • Applicants must have worked in the field of cancer for at least five years.
  • Applicants who are Medical and PhD Students are not eligible.

Application Process:

  • All eligible candidates must complete and submit the online application to be considered for the fellowship.

Value of the Fellowships:

The successful candidates are granted the award based on the following quotas:

  • Two weeks - USD 2,200 
  • Three weeks - USD 2,800
  • Four weeks - USD 3,400
  • Five weeks - USD 4,000
  • Six weeks - USD 4,600
  • Seven weeks - USD 5,200
  • Eight weeks - USD 5,800
