- Be enrolled in a STEM major within either:
- The Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering, or
- The College of Natural Sciences.
- Be a Colorado resident.
- Be a first-generation college student (first in immediate family to attend college).
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Have demonstrated loan borrowing (i.e., taken out student loans).
- Have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) ≤ 200% of the maximum Pell Grant EFC.
