Eligibility criteria for the Tianjin University Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program Chinese Government Scholarship:

Applicants must:

Be a citizen of a country other than the People's Republic of China.
Be under the age of 45 years.
Be in good physical and mental health.
Hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
Have at least three years of work experience.
Have professional training or work experience related to the proposed field of study (preferred).
Belong to one of the following categories:
- Government officials at division chief level (or equivalent) or above.
- Senior managers of institutions or enterprises.
- Administrators of universities or scientific research institutions.
- Individuals with relevant employment or internship experience in international organizations.
Meet the admission requirements for Tianjin University's 2026 master's programs.
Obtain a pre-admission letter from Tianjin University.
For Business Administration applicants, possess an undergraduate or master's degree in management, economics, science, or engineering.
