Overview

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have an invitation letter from a professor or scientist at an American institution, inviting the candidate to spend 12 months with him/her for study or research.
  • An application form can be found on the Foundation's website and must be completed.
  • Applicants must contact a member of the Hungarian Selection Committee and make an appointment to meet with that person. This committee member will evaluate the applicant.

Documents required:

  • An invitation letter from the hosting person.
  • Completed application form.
  • Letter of recommendation from a Hungarian professor.
  • Letter of recommendation from Hungarian Selection Committee member.
  • Current curriculum vitae.
  • Letter of intent - explaining why you are applying for this scholarship.
  • List of publications, if applicable.
