The George Crawford Leg Up Award, donated by the Eileen Scott Foundation, supports students commencing undergraduate studies at Harper Adams University. Established in memory of agriculture student George Crawford, the award aims to provide financial assistance to students who demonstrate genuine financial need.

Eligibility Criteria for the George Crawford Leg Up Award donated by the Eileen Scott Foundation at Harper Adams University:

• The applicants must hold a confirmed offer to study a full-time 4-year BSc or BEng course at Harper Adams University.
• The applicants must be enrolled in a course excluding Veterinary School (BVetMS) and Quad courses.
• The applicants must demonstrate genuine financial need and explain how the scholarship will benefit them.

Application Process:

• The applicants must complete the Entry Scholarship Application 2026–27 form by the application deadline.

Value of the Scholarship:

• A GBP 2,500 (GBP 1,000 in Year 1, GBP 500 in Year 2, and GBP 500 in Year 3,and GBP 500 in Year 4) is awarded to support a student.
