The David M. Gibson Building Sciences Bursary at Mohawk College:

The David M. Gibson Building Sciences Bursary is a general bursary at Mohawk College for mature students enrolled in selected building sciences, architecture, civil engineering, construction, and planning programs.

Eligibility requirements for the David M. Gibson Building Sciences Bursary at Mohawk College:

• The applicant must be a mature student.
• The applicants must demonstrate the initiative to enhance existing construction experience and career opportunities by completing a diploma program.
• The preference/consideration is given to a mature student with a family who is involved in community volunteering and/or is a golf enthusiast.
• The applicants must demonstrate financial need according to OSAP eligibility guidelines.

Application Process:

• This is a general award the students can apply for through the Mohawk College Scholarships and Bursaries Application.

Value of the Scholarship:

• A CAD 1,500 is awarded to support a full-time student at Mohawk University.
