In honour of Emeritus Professor Charles Samuel Soper, a former dean of the Faculty of Business & Economics, and Professor Joan Rydon, a political science professor and founding member of both the Australasian Study of Parliament Group and the Australasian Political Studies Association, the C. S. Soper and Joan Rydon Scholarship was created.

Eligibility for The CS Soper and Joan Rydon Scholarship:

This scholarship is open to all nationals.
The candidate should be enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Economics program, with a focus on mathematical or economic theory.
