German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) provides scholarships to master's students to continue their studies with postgraduation or continuing course of study. 

Eligibility for Study Scholarships For Foreign Graduates In The Fields Of Fine Art, Design/Visual Communication And Film, 2021:

  • Foreign applicants who have gained a first university degree in the fields of Fine Art, Design/Visual Communication and Film.
  • The funding will be provided for a Master's degree/postgraduate degree.
  • Funding will also be provided to a complimentary course at a state or state-recognized German university of the candidate's choice that does not lead to final qualification.
  • The individual should be admitted to one of the universities to avail of this scholarship.

Value of the Study Scholarships For Foreign Graduates In The Fields Of Fine Art, Design/Visual Communication And Film, 2021:

  • The successful applicants of Study Scholarships For Foreign Graduates In The Fields Of Fine Art, Design/Visual Communication And Film, 2021 will receive:
    • Monthly payment of 850 euros.
    • Payments towards health, accident and personal liability insurance are covered by the scholarship award.
    • Grant also covers the travel allowance, monthly rent and one-off study allowance.
    • Duration of the funding will be between 10 and 24 months.

Selection criteria:

  • The candidates are selected by a special DAAD committee. The committee includes professors from german universities.
