Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be from Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KR-I), and Palestine.
  • Applicants who are Syrian refugees are mostly preferred.
  • Applicants from under-represented and economically backward backgrounds are generally preferred.
