The Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship 2024, inaugurated in 2008, provides opportunities for qualified individuals from outside the United States to study dispute resolution processes and practices in the U.S. to assist them in their efforts to advance the resolution of disputes in their home countries.
Eligibility for the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship 2024 :
- Applicants of the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship must be fluent in English.
- US citizens cannot apply for this fellowship program.
- The duration of the fellowship is one month to four months.
- Proposals that help establish feasible dispute resolution systems are given preference.
- Applicants with experience as lawyers, government officers, court administrators, judges, ADR practitioners, or law professors are favored.
Value: Fellowships of up to $20,000 are provided to assist initiatives proposed by Fellowship candidates.
