Overview

The Society of Iranian-American Women for Education Scholarship is provided by the University of Texas at Austin to students who have enrolled themselves for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the university.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Applicants must be enrolled full-time at the university.
  • Candidates must have completed two academic semesters at the university.
  • Candidates must be females who reside in or matriculated from Iran.

  • Preference is given to students in need of financial assistance.
  • Students maintaining a GPA of 3.0 (undergraduates) or 3.75 (graduate students) are preferred.

Application Process:

The candidate should apply for the scholarship after the completion of two academic semesters. 

Value of the Scholarship:

All successful applicants will receive USD 3,500 as an award from the University of Texas at Austin.
