- Applicants of SIDS Fellowships for International Students must have an offer letter for a masters level programme from IHE Delft Instituter for Water Education to avail this scholarship.
- Students applying for SIDS Fellowships for International Students must reside in, or belong to Cabo Verde, Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, Maldives, Mauritius, Sao Tome & Principe, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname, Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu to avail this scholarship.

Value of SIDS Fellowships for International Students is
All successful applicants of SIDS Fellowships for International Students will receive tuition fee for their masters programme from the Institute. The institute will also provide the winners health insurace, visa expenses and monthly expenses of 970 euros every month upto 1 and half year. airfare for one round trip will also be provided.
