The Schwenger Family Child and Youth Care Bursary at Mohawk College:

The Schwenger Family Child and Youth Care Bursary supports the educational training of future Child & Youth Care providers at Mohawk College by providing financial assistance to eligible students.

Eligibility requirements for the Schwenger Family Child and Youth Care Bursary at Mohawk College:

• The applicants must be enrolled in Child and Youth Care.
• The applicants must demonstrate financial need, as per OSAP eligibility guidelines.
• The applicants must have been an Ontario resident for 12 consecutive months before the start of the program.
• The applicants must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person.

Application Process:

• This is a general award the students can apply for through the Mohawk College Scholarships and Bursaries Application.

Value of the Scholarship:

• A CAD 1,000 is awarded to support a full time student at the Mohawk University.
