Eligibility Criteria for the Venture General Contracting Scholarship:

The applicants must:

  • Be of any nationality.
  • Be enrolled at the School of Design and Construction.
  • Be an undergraduate student.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Demonstrate attributes of strong personal character, a persevering work ethic, and a passion for personal growth.

Application Process:

The applicants must apply to the scholarship, in addition to the WSU’s General Scholarship Application.

Value of the Scholarship:

  • The amount of scholarship is $5,000 per year.
  • The scholarships will be awarded to an admitted CM student in their 3rd or 4th year in the program.
  • Students will be awarded half of the scholarship value in the fall semester and the remainder in the spring semester.
