Sarah Anne Rhodes Research Scholarship at Victoria University of Wellington

This scholarship was established to support the teaching and promotion of home and domestic sciences such as Sociology, Psychology, Education, or Science among women in New Zealand. It is open to women graduates from any university who will be pursuing a higher degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.

Eligibility Criteria  for Sarah Anne Rhodes Research Scholarship:

This scholarship is offered to women graduates of any university in New Zealand, or of any other university, enrolled or planning to enrol full-time at any Te Herenga Waka–Victoria University of Wellington course leading to a higher degree, which includes research in some field related to the general purpose of teaching or promoting the knowledge of home or domestic science among the women of New Zealand (e.g. Sociology, Psychology, Education or Science).

Selection Criteria: Applicants must be women graduates of any university in New Zealand or abroad who are studying or intending to study at the postgraduate level at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington during the tenure of the scholarship.

Application Process: A completed online application must be submitted on the closing date. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Note:

1. Recipients must write a letter of thanks to the donor of this scholarship.
2. The Scholarship cannot be deferred to a later year.
3. The Scholarship may be held in conjunction with other awards.
