Eligibility Criteria for UT Scholarships for International Students:
Applicants must:
- Be an international applicant or current international student at the University of Tehran.
- Meet the age requirements:
- Under 24 years old for B.A./B.Sc. programs.
- Under 28 years old for M.A./M.Sc. programs.
- Demonstrate strong academic achievement with a minimum previous degree GPA equivalent to 80% (B+).
- Submit a CV and all required supporting documents.
- Apply for admission by the scholarship deadlines.
- Not be receiving another scholarship from sources within the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Value of UT Scholarships for International Students:
Scholarship may cover one or several of the followings:
- Registration fees of Persian courses

- Insurance (for the scholarship recipients and their immediate family members)
- Monthly stipend in special cases after the approval of the International Council of the College/Faculty and UT
