- Apply from outside Australia (offshore applicants only).
- Be a citizen of one of the following regions/countries:
- China, Hong Kong SAR
- South-East Asia: Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia
- North Asia: Taiwan, Japan, South Korea
- Intend to study an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) pathway leading to Foundation Studies in 2026.
- Hold a packaged offer that includes:
- ELICOS (EAP) + RMIT Foundation Studies + an RMIT award course.
- Apply to an eligible RMIT program and indicate you wish to package EAP and/or Foundation Studies.
Value of Foundation Study Bursaries at RMIT University:
- 10% tuition fee reduction on the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) course.
- Applicable for a study period commencing January–December 2026.
