  • Candidates applying for Philip & Jeune Kirmser International Student Scholarship, 2018 must be of African origin with proof of citizenship from one of the African countries.

  • Applicants must currently be residing in the U.S on a  nonimmigrant visa.
  • Candidates applying for Philip & Jeune Kirmser International Student Scholarship, 2018 must be registered full-time at Kansas State University in Fall 2017 semester or earlier and must be continuing as full-time students during Fall 2018 semester.
  • Students graduating prior to Fall 2018 are ineligible to apply.
  • Applicants are required to submit a recommendation letter from a  K-State professor.
