PAIS PhD Studentship at University of Warwick 2025

Eligibility Criteria for PAIS PhD Studentship at University of Warwick 2025:

Applicants must:

• Apply to or be enrolled in the PAIS PhD programme beginning October 2026, or
• be a current PAIS PhD student in the first year of study.
• Have obtained a Master’s degree in a relevant subject from a recognised institution by 29 September 2026.
• Preferably have a strong undergraduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Meet the English language requirements for Warwick PhD admission.
• Be either:
  • Awaiting the result of their PAIS PhD application, or
  • Have already received an offer, or
  • Currently in their first year of PAIS PhD study at Warwick.

Value of the PAIS PhD Studentship at University of Warwick 2025:

• Some scholarships cover full academic fees plus a maintenance stipend (aligned with the UK Research Council standard) for up to 3.5 years.
• Others provide tuition fees only.

Additional paid duties may be required, such as:

• Research assistance
• Undergraduate teaching (depending on demand and specialism)
• Administrative tasks
