Established in 1939 by Hutchinson-Central High School.

Eligibility criteria -

The applicant must be a US citizen, an undergraduate, and a resident of the City of Buffalo
They must be a graduate of Hutchinson Central Technical High School or any Buffalo Public High School whose college education would be impossible without assistance.
They must complete the FAFSA and have financial need.
