Overview

The University will award an NTU Estranged Student Bursary of £1,000 to help towards the living costs of eligible students who start their studies with us in 2026.

Eligibility criteria -

The NTU Estranged Student Bursary is available for each year of full-time study, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria

  • The applicant is under 25
  • An UK national Student Finance service has assessed you as independent on the grounds of estrangement from your parents
  • Must on a full-time course leading to an Undergraduate Degree, Foundation Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, Higher National Diploma or Higher National Certificate.
