The Newmont Women's Award at the University of Northern British Columbia supports full-time undergraduate and graduate students who identify as female and demonstrate financial need and academic proficiency.

Eligibility Criteria for the Newmont Women's Award at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students who identify as female.
• Applicants must be enrolled in an eligible Natural Resources, Environmental Studies, Human Resources, Computer Science, or Engineering program.
• Applicants must have completed at least 60 credit hours if applying as an undergraduate student.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need and academic proficiency.
• Applicants must be residents of Northern British Columbia to receive first preference.
