This scholarship is offered by Education of New Zealand and is open to all Indian students across different universities in New Zealand. It is a joint initiative of Education New Zealand and New Zealand's eight universities which are among the best in the world.

Every university might have its own eligibility criteria but here are a few common eligibility criteria:

  • Students must be at least 18 years old at the time of application
  • Students should possess Indian citizenship as of right now (and not be a citizen or long-term resident of Australia or New Zealand).
  • Applicants must fulfill Immigration New Zealand's standards in order to be granted a student visa.
  • India should be the applicant's place of residence at the time of application.
  • Applicant should maintain an unconditional offer for a NZEA-eligible course.
