The Nellie Shiflet Memorial Scholarship was established by Edwin L. Wedel, a 1952 BSRE graduate of Indiana Tech, in memory of Nellie Shiflet, who ran the Indiana Tech bookstore when he was a student and had a profound influence on Mr. Wedel’s obtaining his degree.
