Overview

Eligibility for NCI Cancer Prevention Fellowships in the US:

  • The applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident of the US.
  • Applicant must have a Ph.D., MD, or other doctoral degree in a related discipline.
  • Applicants currently enrolled in accredited doctoral degree programs are considered for entry into the program, with the understanding that all requirements will be completed before the start of the CPFP.
  • Foreign education must be comparable to that received in the United States. 
  • Applicant must not have more than five years of relevant postdoctoral experience.

Application Process: 

All eligible applicants must submit an online application form by 1st Aug 2023. The application should include the following components:

  • Academic transcripts.
  • Personal statement.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Letters of Recommendation.
  • Proof of US Permanent residency(non-citizenship).
