A tuition waiver program for internationally self-funded students who succeed academically following the announcement of their first-term Bachelor's degree program results at MMU.

Eligibility for MMU Merit International Awards in Malaysia:

  • For international students (non-Malaysian).
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree programme.
  • Scholarship is awarded after the first long trimester result of the degree.
  • Must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.33 to retain the scholarship.

Value of the MMU Merit International awards in Malaysia 2026:

  • 25% tuition waiver for CGPA 3.50 – 3.74
  • 50% tuition waiver for CGPA 3.75 and above
