Eligibility Criteria for Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Scholarships 2026:
Applicants must:
- Be living and working in
- Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, and Tunisia (Sudan is excluded for 2025; Syrians can apply if living/working in another MSP country).
- Have a valid passport.
- Be 20 to 45 years old.
- Be proficient in English.
- Be working in one of the priority areas that fit the MSP approach.
Application Process:
- Find an eligible short course offered by a Dutch institution.
- Apply for academic admission to the course through the institution.
- Once admitted, you will receive an MSP scholarship application link from the institution.
- Submit the employer statement and required documents via the MSP application system.
