  The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Scholarships in the Netherlands for 2024 require applicants to work and reside in one of the MSP/MENA country lists. Additionally, an employer's statement is needed. The MSP aims to support democratic transition and enhance organizational capacity through short courses in the Netherlands. Although awarded to individuals, employer nomination is mandatory for participation. Hope it is clear!

Eligibility Criteria for Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Scholarships 2026:

Applicants must:

Be living and working in
- Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, and Tunisia (Sudan is excluded for 2025; Syrians can apply if living/working in another MSP country).
Have a valid passport.
Be 20 to 45 years old.
Be proficient in English.
Be working in one of the priority areas that fit the MSP approach.

Application Process:

Find an eligible short course offered by a Dutch institution.
Apply for academic admission to the course through the institution.
Once admitted, you will receive an MSP scholarship application link from the institution.
Submit the employer statement and required documents via the MSP application system.
