Mature Student Bursary

Introduction: 

The Mature Student Bursary provides financial support to eligible mature students beginning a Year 1 undergraduate degree at Ravensbourne University London. Priority is given to students progressing directly from an Access to Higher Education course.

Eligibility criteria of Mature Student Bursary: 

• The applicant must be 25 years or older on the first day of the course.
• The applicant must be paying home tuition fees of £9,790.
• The applicant must have received the maximum available support from the Student Loans Company.
• The applicant must be enrolled in a Year 1 (Level 4) undergraduate degree in the 2026/27 academic year.
• The applicant must have a household income of £25,000 or less.

Application process for Mature Student Bursary; 

• Complete the online application form and submit the required supporting documents, including the 2026/27 Student Finance Statement, course transcript (if applicable), tenancy agreement (if applicable), last 3 months' bank statements, payslip (if applicable), and a completed budget planner via email.
