Sport Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria for Sport Scholarships:

• Student Type: Full-time or part-time undergraduate or postgraduate student at The University of Manchester
• Sport Level: Must be competing at a minimum of Junior National level or contracted to a semi/full professional league (national or international).
• Ambassadorship: Applicants must be committed to supporting the development and performance of the relevant University Sports Club.
• Commitment to Excellence: Must demonstrate a drive for personal excellence and define SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound) goals for both sporting and educational achievements.
• The 2025-26 Sport Scholarship application window opens in May 2025.
• Master's Scholarships for Accounting and Finance Programs
• For applicants to the MSc Accounting, MSc Accounting and Finance, MSc Finance, and MSc Quantitative Finance programs, five scholarships worth £10,000 each are available.
• These scholarships will be automatically considered for all UK/EU applicants who hold an offer for one of these programs.

Eligibility:

• Academic Excellence: Must demonstrate excellent academic performance and be on track to obtain a 2:1 or 1st class UK degree or an equivalent from an overseas institution.
