Good afternoon Scholarship team, I am a Ugandan Civil Engineer, aged 47 years and with several years working experience in local and international settings, worked for the Feed the Children Uganda, International committee of the Redcross, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to mention but a few. I would like to inquire about my eligibility for a full Masters scholarship in the areas of either Water resources or Structural design or any suitable area that will enhance and enable me to make a difference in the lives of those affected by natural and man made disasters. I have over 10 years experience in delivering critical assistance to extremely vulnerable communities in Conflict and post conflict scenarios. I believe that with the Masters degree, I will be able make a difference in the alleviating the suffering of those affected by conflict or disaster.
