Marion B. Sewer Distinguished Scholarship for Undergraduates
Eligibility
- To be eligible for the Marion B. Sewer Distinguished Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, permanent resident, or have DACA status.
- Foreign nationals on a visa are not eligible.
- Be enrolled or accepted as a full-time student at an accredited two- or four-year institution in the U.S. or U.S. territories. High school seniors are also eligible.
- Be a current member of the ASBMB (American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology). Undergraduates and high school students can join directly, or undergraduates can join through an ASBMB Student
- Chapter at a participating institution.
- Declare a Biochemistry and/or Molecular Biology major, or a related discipline.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
