ASBMB is offering Marion B. Sewer Distinguished Scholarship for Undergraduates, 2017 to students who are interested in the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology and improve the diversity of science.
Eligibility criteria:
- Candidates applying for Marion B. Sewer Distinguished Scholarship for Undergraduates, 2017 must either citizens/nationals or permanent residents of U.S.
- Candidates with DACA status can also apply.
- International students currently residing in the U.S on a visa are ineligible.
- Applicants must be enrolled or received acceptance for enrollment as full-time students at any two-year or four-year accredited institutions located in the U.S or its territories.
- Applicants of Marion B. Sewer Distinguished Scholarship for Undergraduates, 2017 must have a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Applicants must have completed at least 60 credit hours or equivalent.
- Candidates must be members of ASBMB at the time of application.
- Scholarship holders can apply for other scholarships in the following years.
