Value of Lifetime Achievement Award:

  • $2,000 cash award
  • Lifetime complimentary membership in ONS
  • Desktop award/trophy
  • Travel support to ONS Congress, including:
    • Round-trip economy airfare
    • One-night hotel accommodation
    • Meal reimbursement (up to $90 for 24 hours)
