Eligibility Criteria for Lifetime Achievement Award:

Nominees must:

Be a registered nurse (RN)
Be a member in good standing of ONS
Be nominated by another ONS member
Demonstrate:
- Significant national or international impact in oncology nursing
- Leadership in ONS or related organizations
- Contributions to patient, family, and caregiver advocacy
- Advancement of oncology nursing excellence and visibility
- Sustained career development and mentorship of others
- Recognition as an expert and transformational leader

Value of Lifetime Achievement Award:

$2,000 cash award
Lifetime complimentary membership in ONS
Desktop award/trophy
Travel support to ONS Congress, including:
- Round-trip economy airfare
- One-night hotel accommodation
- Meal reimbursement (up to $90 for 24 hours)
