Eligibility

The Legacy Award is available for students who meet the following criteria:

  • Be an entering undergraduate full-time student in a degree-bearing program at New York Tech.
  • Have a parent or legal guardian who graduated from New York Tech in a degree-bearing program.

Application Process

To apply for the Legacy Award, students must:

  • Submit the Legacy Award Application to the Office of Alumni Relations.
  • This application can be submitted one time and is applied for the duration of the student’s program.

Value/Benefits

  • The Legacy Award provides $1,000 per year to eligible students.
  • The award is available for the duration of the student's degree program at New York Tech.

Application Deadlines:

  • July 15 for the fall semester
  • December 15 for the spring semester
