William W. and Elizabeth Adamson ROTC Scholarship Endowment Fund at Texas State University 2025

The purpose of the William W. and Elizabeth Adamson ROTC Endowed Fund is to provide financial assistance to ROTC students at Texas State University, specifically those who are children of active duty or retired U.S. Air Force or U.S. Army enlisted personnel.

Eligibility Criteria for the William W. and Elizabeth Adamson ROTC Scholarship Endowment Fund at Texas State University 2025:

• Applicants must be children of active duty or retired U.S. Air Force or U.S. Army enlisted personnel.
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time at Texas State University and in the Air Force or Army ROTC programs.
• Applicants must be in good standing with the university.
• Applicants may be incoming freshmen, transfer students, or continuing students.
• Applicants must be undergraduate degree candidates.
• Applicants must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA and a 3.0 GPA in ROTC courses to receive subsequent awards.
• Applicants must remain in an ROTC program until graduation.
• Applicants may receive the scholarship based on academic merit, leadership, and intellectual promise.
