The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology is offering scholarships under the KAIST Exchange Program in South Korea to pursue graduate and undergraduate programs at KAIST.
Eligibility for Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology Exchange Program:
Applicants Must:
- Be nominated by their home university (KAIST only accepts nominations from partner universities).
- Have completed a minimum of 1 year of full-time study at their home university.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or better (on a 4.3-point scale or equivalent).
- Have English language proficiency:
- A TOEFL iBT score of 80 or equivalent (other English language proficiency test scores may also be accepted).
- Follow the nomination procedure through the Exchange Coordinator at their home university.
Value of Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology Exchange Program:
The scholarship amount will be awarded to eligible students (specific prize value may vary).
Application Periods:
Spring Semester: September 1st - October 15th
Fall Semester: March 1st - April 15th
NOTE:
- Students are not allowed to register for courses from different levels of degree program. Bachelor students should only take courses
for Bachelors and vice versa for Master students. - Graduate students may be allowed to take an undergraduate course only as an exception, with the approval of both the academic advisor and the department chair.
