Eligibility Criteria for the J. R. Templin Bursary at the University of Canterbury:
- Applicants must have completed or been exempted from all the subjects of their first and second professional year courses at the University of Canterbury for the degree of Bachelor of Engineering with Honours.
- Preference shall be given to a candidate whose work and progress have been worthy and whose financial circumstances are such that he or she would have difficulty in completing his or her course without financial assistance.
- No applicant will be considered if he or she holds any award or other form of financial assistance.
