International Baccalaureate Excellence Scholarship at University of Essex 2024/25

Eligibility for the International Baccalaureate Excellence Scholarship:

• Applicants can be both Home and international fee payers, their funding status is not considered for this award.
• Students must have received an Unconditional offer of admission for entry to the University of Essex for 2024-25 and must actively make Essex their firm choice.
• Students must register for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Essex with the first enrolment in 2024-25.
• Candidates should be commencing studies in Year 0 or Year 1 at the University of Essex in 2024-25.
• Students must have obtained 34 points or above in the International Baccalaureate.
• The scholarship is exclusively available for undergraduate students in their first year of study (Year 1) in 2024–2025.
• The selected candidates need to be available for publicity events.

Value of the scholarship:

The scholarship is worth £2,000 for the first year of study only. Payment will be made in two installments, normally in February and May by bank transfer.

Application Process:

If candidates meet all the eligibility criteria, they will automatically be considered for this award. They don’t need to complete an application form.
