The Herchel Smith Ph.D. Scholarship Programme recognizes and supports exceptional full-time students who show the potential to make an outstanding contribution to the area of intellectual property law.
Eligibility for Herchel Smith PhD Scholarship:
- It is open to both UK and International applicants.
- Students need to be enrolled in an Intellectual Property (IP) course with the university.
- Students must hold an offer in a Ph.D. program with the university.
Application Process:
Students need to submit an application form to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.
Value of the Scholarship:
- The award will cover all tuition fees whether at the Home rate or the International rate.
- In addition, an award of around GBP 20,500 per year (reviewed annually) will be paid to the recipient regularly throughout the academic year starting from September 2024.
