An initiative of HDFC Bank, the Parivartan's ECSS Programme 2023–24 seeks to assist deserving and needy students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Students in grades 1 through 12 as well as those studying diplomas, ITIs, polytechnics, and UG and PG (general and professional) programs are eligible for the scholarship program. Students who are in danger of dropping out of school and are unable to pay for their education owing to personal or family issues or other financial difficulties can get up to INR 75,000 in financial support under the ECSS program. 

Eligibility for HDFC Bank Parivartan's ECSS Programme for Post-Graduation courses:

  • The students must be enrolled in postgraduate programs at accredited Indian institutions or universities, namely general programs like MCom, and MA, and professional programs like MTech, and MBA. 
  • The candidates must have received at least 55% on their prior qualifying exam. 
  • A family's annual income must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
  • Candidates who have experienced personal or family problems over the last three years and are in danger of dropping out of school because they are unable to continue paying for their education will be given preference.

Eligibility for HDFC Bank parivartan's ECSS Programme for Graduation courses:

  • The students must be enrolled in accredited Indian institutions or universities to pursue graduate degrees (general courses, such as BCom, BSc, BA, BCA, etc., and professional programs, such as BTech, MBBS, LLB, B Arch, Nursing).
  • The candidates must have received at least 55% on their prior qualifying exam. 
  • A family's annual income must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
  • Candidates who have experienced personal or family problems over the last three years and are in danger of dropping out of school because they are unable to continue paying for their education will be given preference.

Eligibility for HDFC Bank parivartan's ECSS Programme for School students:

  • The students have to be enrolled in private, public, or government-aided schools for Classes 1 through 12 as well as diploma, ITI, and polytechnic courses at this time.
  • The candidates must have received at least 55% on their prior qualifying exam. 
  • A family's annual income must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
  • Candidates who have experienced personal or family problems over the last three years and are in danger of dropping out of school because they are unable to continue paying for their education will be given preference.
